Q. How much time does it take for each of Lilly's services?
A. An initial image consultation can take from one to two hours. Wardrobe audits average three to four hours, but can vary from two to thirty (depending on the size of your wardrobe). A personal shopping trip with Lilly can last from two to three hours, and a makeup session (including a lesson on how to do it yourself) usually takes up to 2 hours.

Q. How much is this going to cost?
A. Ask about my package deals—they offer the best value since you'll receive more of my hours over a longer period of time.

Q. Where do you do the initial image consultation?
A. Either at your home or Lilly's place.

Q. I have severe makeup allergies. Can you help?
A. It's difficult to try everything that's out on the market. I can help direct you to product lines that have had good results with my other clients. And if you know exactly what you're allergic to, I can assist you in researching the options.

Q. How and when can I schedule an appointment with you?
A. You can email me at lilly@flairimage.ca or call me at 604.420.6371 to set up an appointment. I can be available almost anytime (with sufficient notice) for consultations, wardrobe audits, makeup sessions and shopping excursions.

Q. Do you follow a specific colour guide?
A. No. I have studied them, but prefer to work intuitively. I do work with Seasonal Colours upon request.

Q. I have a limited budget. What would you recommend I do to change my look?
A. Adding accessories to the outfits you already have is an inexpensive way to start. If you can invest a bit more, change your hair style and add makeup. When you're ready, go for a wardrobe audit. Clothes really define your look and a complete overhaul in this area will make a big impact. You'll be surprised how many new outfits can be put together from what's already in your wardrobe. Remember to accessorize to add sparkle!

Q. Do you have any advice for Plus Size women?
A. Enjoy and appreciate who you are. You are glorious just the way you are. I believe in enhancing your bodaciousness—not in changing you. With just the right clothing, you can be even more gorgeous.

Q. I need to find an outfit for a special occasion. Can you help?
A. Yes, I can take you shopping for whatever event you need to make a "special appearance" at—whether it's your wedding or prom, a TV interview, an inaugural ball, an awards presentation or a political rally. A confessed shopaholic, I'd love to help you find that perfect outfit before the special day. And, if you'd like to remain calm on the day, I can do a one-time makeover (take you to a hairdresser, do your makeup) to help you prepare for your appearance.
